We dare to believe that children can change the world. We believe in a world where all young people are free to achieve their fullest potential. We work to empower youth to remove barriers to help their imagination go wild and explore their interests and surroundings.
Mission
To nurture creativity and innovation in the next generation.
Vision
To create a place for free thinking and the Journey of Self Discovery.
How it Works
Parents become members of Define the Future for no fee and receive access to the members only portal to sign up children into the various program offerings each month based on children’s interests and goals.
Goals
- Work with schools and communities to establish a comprehensive, child-focused development program that gives all community members the education, skills to explore their interest whatever that might be.
- Assist in building a stronger sense of self-esteem.
- Produce high quality, dynamic programs offered at no cost to the children that have a lasting impact.
Core Values
- Risk Tolerance: We create a culture where entrepreneurship and prudent risk taking are encouraged and rewarded.
- Empowerment: To empower our youth to drive the change they want to see.
- Innovation: We offer a space for creativity. Through our programs, we encourage fresh approaches to current problems.
- Equal Access: Be available to children of all races and religions.
Our Model
“Play is the highest form of research.” Albert Einstein.
Our model is learning through play. Play nurtures children’s creativity and problem solving capabilities. When children play, they do not think about failing, it’s all about embracing uncertainty, fail and try again, while having fun with it. Not being afraid to try and embracing uncertainties are key characteristics of great leaders and entrepreneurs. Exposing children to the new, exploring their environment and introducing them to ambition, we can implant the concept of possibility in their minds. Together with children we can explore new and innovative ways of creating lasting positive changes.

Information
The physical exercise and emotional stretching that children enjoy in unorganized play is more varied and less time-bound than is found in organized sports. Playtime especially unstructured, imaginative, exploratory play is increasingly recognized as an essential component of wholesome child development.
